Conference fees include:

• Food: breakfast / lunch / dinner

• Accommodation

• Trips

• Transport for trips

• Entrances

Rooms for students: (all students will be hosted in 6/8 bedded rooms)

​

• 6 bedded rooms - bathroom to share - € 380,--

• 8 bedded rooms - bathroom to share - € 380,--

Rooms for teachers/guides:

​

• Single rooms - € 450,--

• Double rooms - € 410,--

​

 

Conference fees DO NOT COVER transport from the Airport (Graz/Vienna) to Judenburg main train station. Transport from Judenburg main train station to the venue will be paid and organised by the hosts. Transport from the Airport Graz/Vienna can/will be organised by the hosts however a fee will be charged (see: Transportation)

Requirements:

• Payment will be open from 1st January to 30th April 2018 for all delegations.

​

• Please only pay after your full registration and after you have received a confirmation letter from the conference organizers.

​

• Please pay in EURO.

​

• ALL bank charges are paid by the delegations.
