Transportation

Arrival and Departure:

Arrival at Judenburg: All delegations are expected to arrive in Judenburg (main train station) on Sunday 8th July between 9.00 am - 8:00 pm. Shuttle bus service for conference delegations to the venue will depend on arrival times of delegations in Judenburg.

Departure from Venue: All delegations will have to leave the camp on 14th July 2018 by 11:00 am. Free shuttle bus service to Judenburg trainstation will be provided by the hosts. If needed, hosts can also organise bus service to international airports, for a fee the delegations have to pay.

Two Airports:

Vienna International Airport: for all international flights. It is located approx. 2,5 h by train from Judenburg.

Airport Graz: for some international flights but mainly for domestic flights. It is located approx. 1,5 h by train from Judenburg.

From Airport to Judenburg by train:

There are train connections from Vienna International Airport (approx. 50 € one-way) and Graz Airport (approx. 25 € one-way) to the main train station in Judenburg.

From Airport to Judenburg by bus:

The conference management will organize shuttle bus service from Graz Airport and Vienna Airport at the arrival and departure if needed. However this service will be paid by delegates. This shuttle bus service will pick up delegates:

- at the Airport in Vienna and the main trainstation Vienna

- at Airport Graz and main train station Graz.

The shuttle bus will go directly from the airports to the venue and will be cheaper than an OEBB-train ticket. The price for a one-way ticket will be 30 €. Delegates can pay that directly when they get on the bus.

Transportation between Judenburg to the venue - Truppenübungsplatz Judenburg:

If delegates arrive or depart by train in Judenburg the organizers will organise shuttle busses between Judenburg trainstation and the venue for free.
